"Got Us Sorted Fast"
We came in as a group and they got us sorted out really quickly. places like this always seem to know how to handle a crowd without making it feel like a big hassle

"Easy booking with plenty of options"
Booking a session on Snozone was really straightforward. There were loads of time slots available, even on the weekend, so we didn’t have to mess around changing our plans. It was simple to use and everything worked fine for us

"Quick Spot, But Still Kind of Annoying"
I found a spot quickly and the walk to the entrance was short, so that part was fine. Still, the whole setup felt kind of annoying, like it could’ve been better organized. Not terrible, just annoying. At least I didn’t have to wander around forever, but yeah, still a bit frustrating

"Fun once we finally got going 🙂"
Had a really nice time once we actually got onto the slope, but wow, the queue felt like it took forever 😅 It was a bit chaotic and not super clear where to go at times. The staff were fine, just seemed rushed off their feet. I’d probably go again, but definitely not during peak hours.

"Decent Visit, But Changing Area Needs Work"
We had a decent time overall, but the changing facilities were a bit cramped and didn’t feel the cleanest when we went. The lockers worked fine, but once it got busy there just wasn’t much room to move around. I’d still come back, but I do hope they improve that area a bit...

"Better Than Expected After Skiing"
Stopped in for a hot drink and some food after skiing, it was better than I expected. The coffee was really nice, the portions were decent, and the staff were friendly without making a fuss. Prices weren’t too bad either, especially for a spot like this. Overall, I’d definitely come back after a day on the slopes.

"Clean, easy family day out"
I went to Snozone with my family and, as a parent, I really noticed how clean and well looked after everything was. The changing areas were tidy, the floors weren’t soaked and messy like I’d expected, and the toilets were actually in good condition too. It felt like the staff were keeping on top of things the whole time, which made the whole visit feel much more relaxed and stress-free. We had a really good time and I’d happily go back again

I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much from Snozone, but we actually had a really good time. The staff were friendly and got us sorted quickly, which made things a lot easier. The kids absolutely loved it, and as much as I hate to say it, we’d probably go again.

"Good prices, but the wait was annoying"
The drinks were actually not pricey, which I appreciated, but I did get frustrated with how long I had to wait. Once I finally got my order, it was fine, but the wait definitely took away from the experience

"I had to chase up my refund…"
I had to chase up my refund a couple of times after cancelling, which was a bit annoying. They did sort it out in the end, so credit where it’s due, but the replies were slow. Not a terrible experience or anything, just feels like it could be a lot easier.

The boots felt a little worn in and the skis had some scratches, but they worked fine enough for a short session. I just wish the timing had been better because dealing with slightly beat-up gear right when I was trying to get going was frustrating

I took my two kids and expected it to be a bit chaotic, especially because my youngest gets nervous easily. There were a few moments where I thought it might go downhill, but the staff were really patient and friendly, which made a big difference. The place felt safe and easy to manage, and the kids ended up having a great time. I’m usually quick to notice when something feels off, but overall it was a good experience and we’ll probably go back.

"Surprisingly Good Snow"
I went last weekend i was a bit unsure what to expect, so I was really relieved by how good the snow was. It felt fresh enough, wasn’t too icy, and my skis held an edge well the whole time, which made me feel a lot more confident. There were a few softer patches later on, but nothing that bothered me. For an indoor slope, the snow quality was really reassuring and made the whole session way more fun than I expected.
